Crystal Light Therapy
I have had the privilege of visiting a fantastic healing center in Abadiania, Brazil, many times now. The world-renowned medium, John of God, works on all who visit there. The love is, quite literally, palpable. One of my favorite healing modalities found there is known as the crystal bed, or crystal bath. I was given permission to bring one of these beds to Santa Cruz to share with all of you.
I am now beginning my rolfing sessions with a 20 minute "bath" under the crystal lights. This has been a wonderful addition to the treatments here, removing your first layers of stress prior to our hands-on rolfing time. People almost always experience a deep sense of relaxation. It is said that the best healing comes through sleep, so don't worry if you find yourself snoring. All is well.
